Sivan Metzger – Co-Founder & CEO

Sivan brings close to 20 years of experience in enterprise software into ParallelM, to help companies successfully take Machine Learning into Production. Prior to ParallelM, he founded and served as GM of two business units, Kenshoo Social and Kenshoo Local, at Kenshoo Inc., an enterprise software company for leading online marketers. Prior to Kenshoo, Sivan spent close to a decade at Mercury Interactive (acq: HP, 2006) in numerous Business and Product leadership roles across the company.

Nisha Talagala – Co-Founder, CTO & VP Engineering

Prior to ParallelM, Nisha was a Fellow at SanDisk and Fellow/Lead Architect at Fusion- io, where she drove innovation in non volatile memory, in particular the industry’s first persistent memory solution. Nisha has more than 15 years of expertise in software development, distributed systems, I/O solutions, persistent memory, and flash. She was technology lead for server flash at Intel – where she led server platform non volatile memory technology development, storage- memory convergence, and partnerships. Prior to Intel, Nisha was the CTO of Gear6, where she designed and built clustered computing caches for high performance I/O environments. Nisha earned her PhD at UC Berkeley with research on software clustering and distributed storage. Nisha holds 47 patents in distributed systems, networking, storage, performance and non-volatile memory and serves on multiple industry and academic conference program committees.

Ofer Bar-Or – Co-Founder & COO

Prior to ParallelM, Ofer was the VP Engineering and GM of the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Business Unit at PMC-Sierra, joining through the acquisition of Passave – the FTTH semiconductor market leader. Before that, Ofer was co-founder and CEO of UCnGO, the pioneer in mobile multimedia transcoding, and co-founder and VP R&D of NexusData, a leader in wireless Automatic Meter Reading and M2M Systems. Ofer has also spent several years in the space industry, developing algorithms and Software.

Jeff Stacey – Head of Global Sales

Prior to joining ParallelM, Jeff spent over 20 years in a variety of sales and P&L leadership roles, helping scale analytics software companies and data science technology practices from inception to more than $250M in annual revenue. Most recently, Jeff was responsible for launching new sales growth & strategies at Data Robot, a leader in Automated Machine Learning tools. Prior to that, at Cognizant, Ericsson, IBM, SAP/Business Objects, and a number of analytics technology startups,he built and led sales teams and growth strategies, cultivating deep partnerships with 100’s of key analytics technology providers & channel ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging strategy and execution as ParallelM works to pioneer a new category in the exciting, growing field of AI and ML Operations
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for ParallelM’s ML Ops solution, working with all relevant teams within the company to execute.
  • Create customer-facing sales tools including presentations, demos, datasheets, case studies, videos, white papers, solution briefs, etc and also internal tools such as FAQs, training materials, and messaging for demand generation and sales.
  • Support and participate in the field sales process, give product presentations and demos, and engage with technical customers at a detailed level

Will work within a team to develop a distributed software product for managing machine learning workflows, pipelines and engines. The software will run in various scale out environments from on-premise bare metal to cloud.

The primary responsibility for this role is to prospect and win new accounts.
